Paignton Bike Festival 2005

GT Motorcycles are proud to be supporting the Paignton Bike Fesival starting on the 29th of April and running for three days. This a charity event featuring music, stunt bikes and motorbikes. There’s also a full line-up of bands including Sham-rock, The Reoffenders, The Accused, Elcojones, The Reverbs, Serenity and many more.

There are sure to be many gorgeous bikes in attendance, and certainly plenty of biking skills shows to watch.

Any money raised by the event will be going to the following charities: Sick and Disabled Children and their families of Trbay; The Devon Air Ambulance and St Johns Ambulance.

Triumph Weekends Across the World

This weekend saw Triumph days in many showrooms across the country, as well as in America. Bikers were given the chance to take bikes for long test-rides and try out new and old models to get a feel for the established make.

Triumph is actually the oldest motorcycle in production, having first been built in 1903 - which is one year before Harley-Davidson. They have been doing extremely well in the marketplace, with roughly a 40% growth last year, and plans to develop two new motorcycles a year over the next five years.
